- Individual and Transitional Supports: Our team provides personalized care plans to help individuals achieve their goals and live independently by developing skills needed to: obtain, maintain employment; access transportation; self-directed recovery process; obtain/maintain housing; improve/maintain financial responsibility; continue their education.
- Respite Care: Respite services offer temporary relief for primary caregivers of children with a mental health diagnosis or development disability and/or adults with a developmental disability. This allows caregivers time to recharge and focus on their own well-being.
